Dr. Ademola Daramola
Dr. Ademola Daramola is the President of Q-Konsult LLC. He is a dynamic people leader with profound knowledge and a comprehensive grasp of the worldwide pharmaceutical landscape. Ademola has over three decades of experience in biopharmaceuticals and brings to the table extensive biotech regulations, including industry experience in dealing with regulatory bodies around the globe.
He spent nearly a decade at the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) as an Investigator in the domestic and foreign drug cadre responsible for planning and conducting highly technical drugs, medical device, and drug/device combination inspections/audits related to the production, control, testing, and processing of human pharmaceutical sterile drugs, active pharmaceutical ingredients, oral solid dose, large volume parenteral and injectable drugs, drug/medical device combination products, biologics, and compounded drugs across over 25 countries with a focus on US., India, China, and Europe.
He was also the US FDA’s International Relations Specialist for the Asia Pacific region with responsibilities for providing technical training to FDA’s foreign regulatory counterparts, regulated industry, academia, and other stakeholders in-country, managing and analyzing needs and opportunities against FDA’s strategic objectives in human drugs and advised on how best to deliver non-violative pharmaceuticals that reflect international standards and US policies and regulations.
Ademola left USFDA in 2018 and assumed a leadership role in a major pharmaceutical company where he was responsible for overall global compliance for about 25 production sites across the globe, from where he retired as the Vice President and Global Head of Quality Compliance after 5 years. He also had a successful stint with a biologics organization, focused on Phase I – Phase III clinical trials , dedicated to providing overall QA GMP compliance oversight for CMC, clinical studies, and vaccine development efforts where he retired as a Senior Director, and GMP Compliance Leader.
Ademola has a Doctorate in Global Health and Master of Public Health (MPH) from Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, USA, a Bachelor of Information Technology from Barry University, Miami, Florida, USA, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Ondo State University.
